Quick Questions about the X3

I just got my X3 today and uploaded the custom tune they sent me with the Tuner. It didnt really come with good instructions so I THINK I uploaded everything correctly.

1. Once you upload the tune,can you leave the X3 unplugged from the port underneath the dash??

2. Where is the option for disabling traction control? Its listed on the "features" but I couldnt find it on the tuner itself.

Once the tune is uploaded its actually "in" the cars computer. There's no need to keep the box attached.

I went into the custom tune,but I didnt see an option for it?:shrug:


Also, My "theft" light blinks in intervals now after using the tuner,is that supposed to happen??

The traction control should have been turned off with the custom tune. When I start my car the light comes on indicating it's off.

Where did you buy it from?

I bought it from American muscle. my bulb for my TC backlight is burnt out,so the only time I can tell if its off or not is if I get on it,and the TC light comes on the dash.
Does anyone know the bulb number for the TC button light?
