QUICK- Wheels spacer not tightening

Just bought these used :nonono:

They are hubcentric 1" (also have 1.5") and once I apply the torque bar to the spacers (mounting wheel onto car side- ACTUAL studs of spacers)
They wont tighten, they get finger loose and just spin!

I am thinking the "pin" / studs mounted on the spacers are turning with the lug nuts..
what can I do?
Are they toast?
Wanted to resolve tonight.

NO,
took themm off and tried the 1.5" spacers.......
They tightened down fine, don't think I like the 1.5's though, will post pics tommorrow to get everyone opinion (spacing + not sure if i even like the wheels.......:nonono: )

Although I'm not a fan of wheel spacers I know that you can take them to a mechanic and they will be able to put some new studs on them. I've never heard of them spinning before. Only breaking!

Why don't you guys just put longer threads to axles and use open spacers? So much reliable assembly.
