A few months back I ran my car at the track and a buddy of mine filmed it for me. The camera it was filmed with was a kodak, (don't know what model), and the first time playback on the computer back home was awesome, and I saved the video onto the external HD.

Now when I pull the video up, its really jumpy, the sound sucks and just about unwatchable. The original format for the file was .mov, which I think is Quicktime, so I downloaded a converter to change the file format, and even now the video still sucks. Is there any way to save it? I don't understand why only my .mov files are doing this....
