Quoting pictures

It took me long enough , but I just noticed that since the site update quoting embedded pictures no longer shrinks them. Any chance of getting this feature back, or too big a PITA?

it's actually a bigger PITA than it should be.. I haven't been able to find pre-made code that will do this, so I'll probably have to write my own when I get a chance
