Racing pads stained my wheels...

I have Hawks racing pads up front. Never drove the car under the rain with this pads until about a week a go. Now I have what seems to be rust over my wheels and is not coming off. Before I go trying whatever, can you guys give me some suggestions. I have 03 replicas from AFS with the machine finished.
