Me - 98 Trans Am WS.6 w/ Pasport 8500
Her (My Ex) - 99 Trans Am w/ Valentine One
We are both on Motorola Two-Way Radios and we are driving up into Central Florida on the Turnpike doing 80ish. She's about 2 car lengths ahead of me.
Her - "Did you get that?"
Me - "Huh?"
Her - I just got KA band, pretty strong, ahead."
Me - "Nothing here, must be a false"
***Her brakes lights lite up. I slow to 70 mph as well. ***
Her - "5.0 ahead" (yeah she was a cool girlfriend)
Me - "Oh, now I'm getting KA band signal."
A half a mile later we pass a trooper in the center median.
When we got back from the trip I returned the Paspport (I used to sell them) and I ordered a Valentine One. Been happy and ticket free ever since; 2+ years.
