Radiator fan stays on all the time once engine is up to temp. Normal?

I have a 2002 gt with an on3performance turbo kit. The radiator fan stays on all of the time once the engine is up to temp. I was wondering if I have a problem or if my tuner did this to try to keep temps down with the turbo?

I do have a coolant reservoir delete made by mmr. Could this be the reason?

More then likely the fan temps are set too low. That happened to a buddy of mine. His fans never shut off. Talk to your tuner.
