Radio question

How can i reinitialize the radio without disconnecting the battery?
My new elvis CD got stuck in its way out of the radio, I got it out with tweezers but now the radio won't do anything. I tried holding EJ. down, pulling fuse. Nothing's working.. Any ideas?

I said in OP not to disconnect battery, I just took the radio out & unplugged the lines. thanks anyways ugys

Remove the harness from the back of the raido/take it out of the car.

throw it away and buy a good radio trust me sound quality will be ten times better.
