Nothing cool and exciting but new to making cutting boards and knocked out two for me and two as gifts. Basic white striped face grain ones are for gifts. The cooler more work end-grain ones are for me. One will replace my little cutting board and one will be a lime cutting board for my bar. Still waiting on a few more bigger ticket items to get into fancier boards. So much to learn.

I haven’t made my own yet but I have played around converting some butcher block into cutting boards. Built a jig for cutting the juice groove. I need to add a laser engraver to my collection so I can add some custom touches.

Nice! Juice Groove is on my list of items to learn. I'm not a fan of them but many are! Looks Great!

A juice groove on a fancy cutting board is exactly what Im after for when Im presenting steaks. Im tired of looking at my plastic spatula shaped cutting board when Im slicing and serving the juicy ass seared steaks Ive sous vide'd.

For the both of yas....
