Finally started BJJ 2 weeks ago and already aggravated my right shoulder impingement. Kind of pist off because it's been gone for over a year.
I am also trying to find decent training partners to roll with. Some guys just want to go 100% the whole time and muscle through everything, **** technique. I am trying to roll at 50-75% and learn. Kind of frustrating but everyone I've met is cool though.

I used to train with a guy that acted like I killed his dog or something. I much preferred to roll with one of the higher belts that would let me have a go at it and tell me what I was doing right and wrong.
Know we have some railroad guys on here. Not sure how they will realize the carbon efficiency, unless it is through more efficient routing? Green, green, green!
Union Pacific signs locomotive modernization deal with Wabtec, largest rail industry deal
UNP -0.64%Jul. 27, 2022 7:35 AM ET- Union Pacific (NYSE:UNP) signed a deal with Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies or Wabtec (NYSE:WAB) for 600 locomotive modernizations featuring a suite of digital solutions and innovations.
- The agreement, worth $1B+, is the largest investment in modernized locomotives in rail industry history, and part of Union Pacific's fleet strategy to move more freight efficiently and sustainably across its service territory.
- The modernizations will provide ~350 tons of carbon reduction per locomotive per year; total order will enable Union Pacific to realize ~10K tons in annual emission reductions.
- Wabtec will modernize 525 of Union Pacific's AC4400 and AC6000 locomotives, as well as 75 Dash-9 locomotives; deliveries are expected to commence in 2023.
- This deal is the third major modernization order from Union Pacific since 2018, with more than 1,030 locomotives on completion in 2025.
CN Rail here in Canada has for years now used an onboard computer called a "trip optimizer" to calculate the most efficient throttle and brake settings to save fuel.

Out of 30 tickets I got about 10 with 1 number and 1 with 1 number and the multiplier. Shame, had that money spent!
My neighbor was a service director at a number of different dealerships throughout the years. A few weeks ago he came over bearing gifts. Snap-on sockets, ratchets, etc...,
