I hear a rattling noise (single object) under my car. It sounds like metal. I didn't notice it after I dynoed the car but did so when I got home. It sounds like it's coming from under the middle of the car but it's hard to tell since I can't get it up on a lift. I started the car up this morning and it's still there. There's no performance loss. Any ideas?

If you are buds with any shop owners or mechanics in the are maybe you can ask to throw it on a lift for 15 minutes otherwise you will ebnd up loosing your car for a day for something that could take seconds to fix at a dealership

It could be a broken piece of the material inside the cats, bouncing around inside the cat. At least that's what it was on my old '89 GT.
