Nice folks on the phone - heck, picked up on the first call too. My question is this:
How are they in terms of tuning-by-mail? Their chip price w/ custom tune is pretty darn good. I'm looking at the Whipple (and all pieces therein), I'm either going to need to re-burn my chip or just get a new one and shelve my current w/ current mods. Obviously I'd have to pull my existing chip out to get it re-burned and the car would just sit that much longer - to add complexity, the installation is going to be done 270 miles from where I live (long story.)
Anyone have any experience w/ these guys from a tuning perspective?
And yes, I know there are other options and I have gone other routes and may still - I'm just curious about feedback from this particular shop.
