Will the 2000 cobra R springs lower our cars at all?

I have a vert, what are the spring rates for the R springs verses our spring rates?

Will our stock blisteins work with the R?

Will the stiffer springs wear out the shocks much quicker?

Anyone running the cobra R springs on a vert with stock or cobra R shocks on an 03? If so
describe set-up and your impressions.

Are there other recommended cobra R suspension parts we should put on our cars (bushings, etc...)
