Rear Bumper Inserts

Anyone have those rear bumper inserts that are reflective at night? How do they look? I was going to get the regular ones but thought if the reflective ones look cool at night I may get those also.

The black vinyl that are reflective. I think the stainless is a liitle over the top.

I have chrome vinyl inserts, from Bob White decals . com.

They are a lot thinner than the SS inserts and I think they look great.

I suppose on some cars they (SS) may look ok but I dont want to be too "flashy" I suppose. I just have not seen the reflective ones on a car yet.

Has anyone ever gotten the spaces painted? I saw some inserts in person and it kind of turned me off of them, though it could have been poorly manufactured inserts.

Im going to paint mine as soon as the weather warms a little. Clean and de-wax it will and mask it off good DEEP in the lettering leaving the bevelled edge alone. Pull the masking back a little at the bevel and then very light spray on clear coat and then buff the hell out of it on the beveled edges and an inch out.
