rear-coilover spring rates

I am currently changing to rear coilover setup w/ double adj and 12 inch spring in stock location. For solid axle, what spring rate would work best? Street/strip

You must be using a different shock than I was. They fit just fine on my afcos. Let me know.

Dont know, but I would stick with the stock style suspension and add some qai adjustables with a ARP..all you need for some good 60's
