Rear differential caged bushing removal question

So I'm trying to remove the old stock Rear differential bushing/cage housing that the diff cover bolts to. It's still stuck in the IRS. Can someone please tell me whats the trick to removing it? I don't want to jump the gun resorting to a pry bar.

Bolt behind the tie-rod is removed. Differential is out.

I don't remember much holding it in. Does it move up and down at all?

You need a bushing removal tool.

I'm reading it as he can't get the bracket to disconnect from the cradle.

If it's just the bushing a torch and drill work wonders.

Torch works good, I’ve done that before.
