I remember replacing my rear pads last time. The something happened with the brake cable and it was a booger to get back on. Any suggestions? I can't remember what happened, just remember getting mad and busting a knuckle a few times
Any help?

Just finished the fronts and trying the rears. Obviously have the e-brake disengaged. The manual says just remove some fluid from the reservoir and remove the two bolts holding the caliper on and the caliper should come right off.

It does not. It looks like the e-brake cable is too tight to give the inch or so you need to pull the caliper off.

The question is does the e-brake cable need to come off in the back there before you can pull the caliper out to get to the pads or what?
