The unit is NEW, however, I bought it from an individual and did not get the hardware. The finish has a couple of scratches in it from where it was originally boxed/unboxed maybe. It has never been installed, the finish around the bolt holes is new/perfect.

I can get pics if you're serious, hope this helps. You should be able to get all the necessary hardware locally. Installation is pretty self explanatory, as it aligns itself greatly off the top of the rear shock towers and where the upper shocks come through the body.
