When I turned into a parking lot today noticed the rear end made a clicking noise. It seems to only do it when making sharp turns. I did do a few dig races last night as well

Get under the car and look at it. Something probably came loose.
I’d venture to guess sway bar or UCA, but just a hunch.
Deff get under it though. When that happened to me, my UCA was severely damaged and about 1 more hit away from having a severely bad day.

Torsen differentials have been known to produce such a sound in sharp turns.
