Rebuilt engine and have this part I dont know where it goes

That's part of the pcv vacuum lines. the long part goes to a nipple underneath the lower intake. I just deleted my pcv over the winter and capped the nipple under the intake and removed that section all together.

yep. The long hose goes to bottom of intake, then one elbow goes on the back of the blower and the other goes to the plastic pipe that runs to the pass side valve cover.

same thing I did. I put a plug in the lower intake hole and put filters on both valve covers. You either run filters on both covers or run a pcv system. Don't mix the both.
