Good Morning Folks:
I recharged with industrial 12E. I pulled a vacuum for about 30 minutes and made sure there was no leaks. Put a little pay oil in being it was a recharge not an initial install. All seamed to go well except at one point I forgot to shut my low side off when switching cans and it sucked in some regular air. Not a ton so I kept going to 2.5. Low side. All looked good then all of assuden the low side went upto about 80 and highside went real low. So going to start over tonight. Few questions. I searched net and found diffetent answers.
1. Do I need to add pay oil for recharge. If so how many ounces
2. Do I charge the first can under vacuume with truck off. If so does the vaccume have to be at a certain lbs. when I pull a vacuume I am at 29lbs.
3. Then I turn the truck on ac on max and finish correct. Do I need to let truck warm up or anything.
4. Could there be something else that would make my low and high side do wacky.
