Going to be installing the new motor into my car soon. Was wondering what you guys recommend replacing while the engine is out. Oil pump? Rod bolts? bearings?

The motor has around 50k on it. I was looking around at some Manly rod bolts, and for the price, does it seem like good insurance?

Let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

If it's a "cheap" rebuild or "refresh" just replace the rings and bearings. The rod bolts aren't a problem.

Definitely check your rear main seal. I know you say the motor has low miles but trust me, it is only around 8 bucks for the seal and you may want to do it while the engine is out of the car. If not, should you ever have to do it, you will have to drop the tranny. Good luck with the build man.
