Decided to order the Redline Hood struts through Cj Pony on a special deal they had.

Received in a couple of days.

Installed and they work great. Removed the ugly OEM Hood prop rod.

I'm really not mechanically inclined, so the 15 minute time for you mechanics was about 30 for me.

Anyway, it's really worth the $$ and effort.

Anybody can install them if I can!

I have the same ones....they work great, install easily and look fantastic...

I jumped on that deal as well. The package arrived today. Haven't opened yet. Pretty easy to install? Anything to be concerned about or was it pretty straight forward? Thanks!

It was easy. Most difficult part was dealing with the Sound Tube bracket. Have to loosen, then turn it over, re-tighten. To give space for driver's side bracket. Over all a real simple install.
