I was just wondering if anyone can help me with refilling the AC. I connected the hose to the port on the left side and it hooks up fine but for some reasons the liquid doesn't flow.

Do I need to take it to a shop or ford or am I doing something wrong???

Thanks.

Was it empty completely?
If so it will take a little while for enough to get out of the can and build up enough pressure to make the compressor kick on.
Or you can jump the compressor hot wire to make it kick on.
Need more info to help more.

I'm guessing that it is empty because only hot air comes out, and it's been like that for a few months.

What do you mean by "jump the compressor hot wire"?

Wires going to the cluch assy. on the compressor, one is pos. the other (if it has 2, I never looked good at ours) is a ground.
Run jumper wire from battery to make the clutch engage.
done this many times on GM and dodges. never had to do it on Fords.

I'll be here a little while longer,
I took it for granted the clutch is not engageing, I guess I should have asked that.
Is the can getting cold?

look at the front of the compressoe and see if the clutch is turning of not.
I'll bet it starts with the next can. the system holds a little more than 2lbs. so it may take all the next can and then a little more.
Try 1 more and see, if it starts to get cold but not to cold, add a 3rd.
If this doesn't do it take it to a shop. may need to pull a vac. on it.
or you have more problems.
