Reliable Combination?????

Seriously considering this car; is the FRPP set-up reliable and should it have produced more hp/tq than the dyno shows?

Wanted to seek some educated opinions before proceeding.

The dyno pull only went to 6K so Iam sure there is much more power in it.

also thinking the commercial tune is somewhat more conservative for safety purposes.
