Reman cobra engines...??

ok here is what i have been told... ford part number..2R3Z6006ABRM
is a reman 03 or 04 cobra engine from valve covers to oil pan(no blower) we can get these for 3000 and some change dollars... they come with a 3yr 36k mi warranty..... JUST THOUGHT IT WAS GOOD INFO...is this a good deal??? :banana:

i was told everything inside is new..... block is reused.... not sure but as long as there is a 3yr 36k mi warranty....
