I am unsure what exactly caused them to go out....at the time I had the Bama 91R tune installed. I decided to go E85 with the AED tune and shaun pointed out that they weren't working (while tuning for the Gas tune). I tried to rid of the extensions and drop the harness as others stated to no avail. So, I ordered the Raptor #DY1184 O2's (There are two upstream part numbers for the Raptor #1184 and #1185....I used the #1184's without a problem!) and BAMF problem fixed and I was able to put my harness back like it was. They are also cheaper then the Stang O2's. Rock Auto has them for $59.99 each  More Information for MOTORCRAFT DY1184 Stang OEM upstream O2s $84.79 each http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=2603082&cc=1446394
