Replacement Steering Wheel Spoke

Not sure that's what you call it, but one of the spokes on my steering wheel got scratched somehow. I'm pretty sure they are some kind of cover. Anyone know the part# for them?

Must just pop on/off? I got some 'plastic-tools' designed for removing interior trim and door panels. Kit ran me about $15 at Auto Zone. That is the only way I would attack...
