I want to try MaxGear from Royal Purple in my differential. Is there an easy way to do this ? Someone once mentioned pumping it out. Is this possible, and if so, what do I need to do this?

Just changed mine the hard way. Dropped the whole thing, refilled and resealed. Didn't have a choice since I lost about 75% of the original oil.

There is no drain plug on the stock differential cover, only the fill plug. You can use a pump or syringe to get the old fluid out - a PITA . The alternative is what racerat mentions, removing the diff from the car and then removing the back cover. You would need to reseal it afterward (no gasket, it uses a bead of sealant) and then reinstall it.
