I've had a couple of requests for the pictures of my halfshaft wear which were deleted when Steve was forced to delete the attachments to fix the website.
You may remember that Chicago Mike, NyteByte, and I all had our hubs and halfshafts replaced for the starting out in first and reverse rear end pop. Since the replacement I have not had one pop from the rear end. I believe the same is true of Mike's and Jim's cars. The threads dealing with our problems are still available , however the pictures are gone.
So here they are. If you think you have the same problem do a search for "rear end pop" for the info.
Remember to call SVT [1-800-FORD-SVT] if you have this problem fixed and let them know what you did to solve it. They're still trying to find an answer.
