RICH fuel

I have cobra 2003 with whipple,diaplo sport custom tune from SLP for the slp kit,fuel pumps,60lb injectores,NGK TR6IX my cobra is not work well caused from the tune when it reach the 5lb of boost could not go more then the exhaust does a black smoke(too rich fuel)what i suppose to do?

get a SCT or what?!!

How can i get the update tune for my SLP diaplo sport?
Is it for the 17lb of boost with the 60lb injectores,or i call them.
