Rim fitment question?

Ok this maybe a dumb question but o well. My buddy has a 03' cobra and i have an 03' L. We were thinking about spliting a set of baja rims and some slicks. Would this work? And whats the bolt pattern difference if they wont.

not sure what the cobra lug pattern is but the lightning is 5x135 and they are different, you could do adapters but i wouldnt recommend them ESP with slicks

but theres some guys on here that run the adapters not sure if they keep it on for their slicks, they will probally chime in.
