Rio Red = Cardinal Red?

I'm wanting to paint my tail light bezels but the only paint match i could find that was close was cardinal red to rio red. Is this right?

Go to paintscratch.com. They have factory colors in spray cans for stuff like this. I've used them quite a few times and the color is very close.

i just checked their website. The code E8(rio red) is the vermillian tri-coat. The Code E4 is the Vermillian Clearcoat. What would be the difference. And if they are both the same, then could i not just use dupli-colors cardnial red which is E4?

The correct paint code for Laser Red is E9 not E8. On the paintscratch.com home page, enter:
Year: 1998
Make: Ford
Model: Mustang

...Hit GO and it will take you right to a page where you can select the Laser Red paint you need. Good luck.

E8 paint code is for Rio Red & Vermellion Red, same color.
