Road trip, Arizona to Illinois, atv trail options?

I'm picking up my daughter from college (graduating, YAAAA) and considering bringing a 2 up quad to do a side trip or two on the way home. Any suggestions on casual trails that we should consider? New Mexico, North Texas, .... what's out there for day trips on a quad? No technical rock climbing stuff, not this trip.

For what it's worth, she took 4 years to get a degree in Aerospace Engineering with outstanding grades. So proud.

Found a trail just north of Prescott yesterday

Will see if we can find an opportunity in Sedona tomorrow.

Well, Sadona requires a reservation 72 hour ahead of time. Seems silly. I guess that is out.

No input on the trails, but major congratulations to your daughter. Not an easy degree to get, especially in 4 years. Kudos to you for raising her right!!
