Kenne bell and what else? I have a crazy idea of just using an Eaton off of the Lightning and making a custom Manifold to make it work for the 4V. Am i crazy?

Jimbo,

The Custom manifold is the easy part.. Finding a wrecked 99+ Lightning is another. Haven't been able to find one.. Shit i don't even know where to start. Will keep everyone updated on progress

Well putting a SC off a lightning onto a 4.6 is gonna be very difficult. The 5.4 is much wider, and I think the valley on each is quite different. It'd be easier to get the Saleen/Allen Speedlab SC from saleen (based on an eaton), The eaton Roush uses or something already manufactured for our blocks. Also if I'm not mistaken FRPP will have one available for the 32V motors pretty soon since the Terminator looks like a go.
