Rotating staggered rims?

Did a search and couldn't find anything. Car is a DD but was thinking about getting 17x9 up front with 17x10.5s in rear. When it comes time to rotate the tires, do they just swap sides and rebalance or is this just a bad idea for a DD?

In order to rotate your tires with a staggered setup, you'll of course only be able to do it side to side due to the differing tire sizes. You will also have to have the tires dismounted and remounted so that they are directionally correct. Although, I suppose if you went with a less-performance tire you could just swap the wheels...but who wants low-performance tires!? :thumbsup:
