Do these trucks just idle rough or is something wrong? When at alight it feels like it has a cam or somthing.. But runs great when you get going. Need to figure out if it has a blower pulley?

Check your vacum hoses and make sure one hasn't came off or something.
Had a similar problem once.. I had some lint or something caught up in the MAF.
take it back to the dealer and have them check the plugs and vaccum lines.
IAC might need a good douching out
