RPM drops?

I know the rpms are going to drop a little when you shift from park to drive but mine drop to like 400 then it kinda sputters then idles back up. It does with any gear change ( park-reverse, drive-reverse, drive park). anyone have any ideas what it could be? :shrug:

I cut up the stock air box and boost bypass. other than that its stock. Oh and a flowmaster muffler

Mine is doing the same thing, not all of the time but enough. I only have a Mac intake and a rusty flowmaster muffler.

Hummm, go through and check to make sure all vacum lines are hooked up right. Mine was being stupid when my vacume line going from the intake tube to the boost actuator was off.

also, while idling unplug your IAC. If it dies, your base idle is off.

What do i do if my base idle is off?
