Right now I am running the magnaflow X-Pipe with high flow cats & corsa extremes. I dont have a tune and this is the only thing (performance wise) I have done. Will this in any way do damage without a tune? My CEL popped on the night of the install as expected. I have done some research and couldnt find anything on this. Thanks.

it wont hurt anything!
Put some O2 sensor extensions in to limit the flow the sensor sees. A drilled out spark plug defouler works.
