Runs great in Open Loop, leans out in Closed Loop

Hi!
I'm trying to tune my car after the supercharger install and I can't seem to figure this one out.
The car runs great in open loop, constant 14.7 AFR on idle but as soon as it goes in to closed loop it jumps up to 16 AFR and runs way too lean.

What I have is:

Procharger D1
Holley Systemax II
Edelbrock 70mm throttle body
VMP Tuning Blow-through 75mm HPX slot style MAF
Moates Quarterhorse
A9L Computer
OEM 2003 Cobra 39lb injectors
Aeromotive 13103 fuel pressure regulator

Anyone here have any ideas what could possibly be wrong?

What cam? Any corrections set up in any tables? Spark vs ECT? Fuel vs ECT? Are the o2s switching in closed loop? Does it surge at an idle to tell you its lean or are you just watching a AFR gauge?
