Saw a Cobra R & Mach 1 Cobra Jet

So my Dad took me over to his friends house to show me his cars . When I walked into his Garage I found myself looking at a Cobra R , a Rambler Scrambler , and a Mach 1 Cobra Jet . The Cobra R only has 6 miles on it .

Sorry for the pictures of the Mach , it was on a lift and I couldnt get a picture of the front of it .

He also has a 07 GT500 , but he told me he is saving it for his kids for when he dies they can sell it to make some money .

God that Mach 1 is my dad's dream car. He bought a brand new white 69 4-speed Cobra Jet on new years day 69. The R is sweet too.

I'd hate it if I was one of the folks that bought a 00 R. A few years later it was blown out by the 03 cobra for a fraction of the price. Still a cool car though just over priced for what you get IMO.

Depends on what you do with the car. Go take a look in the open-track forums here or anywhere else for that matter. The 00'R can hold it's own. I will own one someday, and I will use it for it's intended purpose!

Does better than hold it's own. Yeah, I'd take that blow out any day. Love my 03 and the insane power, but wouldn't mind having an 00R sitting next to it in the garage:beer:

Only 6 miles? What a waste. Why buy a car if you aren't going to drive it? I can't stand people who do that.
