Anyone see the news Ford is doing a major reorg splitting electric off as its own operation with different leadership etc? Announcement today

Seems like a lot of companies are doing that. Then again they're doing that for non electric nameplates as well. Look at GM making "Corvette" it's own brand. I don't get the logic, but that's me.

Good point, like Ram trucks etc., agreed on it seeming silly to have so many brands specific to 1 line (corvette, ram trucks). I do get splitting off EV and non EV though.
