Screw NTB

I dropped my truck of this morning (or my dad did) to get my rims and tires put on...

They got them on and then they told my dad the lower control arm bolts where loose, they said since it was not a factory suspension they have to charge me 40 bucks to tighten them...I told the guy I DID NOT have to touch the lower control arm bolts AT ALL...well he doesnt think thats the case...

SO I said I WONT be back...They just lost a long time customer, who goes there for everything tire and wheel related...

Sorry for the rant but i am pissed

They are not allowed to do work on your car without your permission. Call the BBB and start to bitch!!!

im not going to take it that far, but i wont be back thats for sure...over the past 2-3 years i have had my license just myself have bought 3 sets of tires there and two sets of rims...probably totalling in the nieghboorhood of 4k-5k... My parents go there for there vehicles too...so they lost a lot of bussiness considering i am from a smaller town...
