SCT handheld?

[Bad Intention]

Im trying to load a new custom tune . everytime i hit Load Custom tune it tells me that device communication failed. I have loaded couple different tunes on this hand held with out a problem. I even went get another USB cord but same thing everytime.
Any help is welcomed.

It's likely the common problem where the chip inside the device comes loose. It can sometimes be fixed by slapping the device firmly. If you want it really fixed correctly contact SCT and they should fix it for free.

I had this same problem with my SCT and my laptop drivers for the SCT were not installed correctly. I manually got them from the SCT website problem solved. GL!
