Ok got my base tune from my tuner.
Now trying to datalog.
While datalogging with LiveLink (ver 6.5.0), I see the data being capture and it makes sense;
RPM, engine coolant temp, Intake air temp, etc, every thing with good data
But when I read back the data, it’s all garbage:
Voltage is nil
RPM and coolant temp is a flat line
Spark advance is allover the place.
So this is what my tuner sees when I email him the information.
So my tuner can’t read any data, he’s asking me to contact SCT on Monday to see what is going on.
So I’m just wondering if someone ever got this problem so I may save a day or two.

Thanks for your input.

if the computer is reading the data it's not your hand held that's the issue. try opening the datalog in excel by importing it as a text file using commas as your choice of separators. see if the data reads there. try datalogging again as well. sometimes if I have my handheld in the obdii port too long before connecting to my laptop the datalog will read as all zeros. sct sucks nuts but you do what you have to

I did two data logs and they are the same.
And yes I openned the files in Excel and the data is garbage.
RPM is at zero, ISC Integrator is at zero, etc.
Thanks anyway.
I'll see what SCT says on Monday.

I have this problem with mine fairly often. It's painful how finicky these products are. I'd keep trying. Reseat all the connections, eventually it should work.
