If I buy the prp from you guys does it come with a base tune file ? Thanks !

The Pro Racer package does not come with a base file. It's recommended that you purchase the Pro Racer manual as it gives you instruction on how to go about building your files from scratch as well as revising you files to get the car dialed in. And just to clarify, the PRP comes with SCT value files so you will have access to those. Files for select injectors, cold air kit and MAF's so you can build your own tunes.
