SCT specials for SVTP

I have a SCT SF3 power flash ford programmer. It is married to the previous owners 07 GT500, and it also has a tune on it for that car, I bought it legitimately so don't think bad things. I want to use it on my 08 Bullitt, but the tune will not work on my car, I have an n/a 4.6 and the gt500 was a swapped supercharger, so you can see where I run into my problem. How much does it cost to get the tune that is on it wiped, and get it married to my car? Thanks Alex
