SCT Updating/Returning to stock?

I have a tune loaded on my car now as its required for a CAI.
I just got a new tune for some new mods im putting on today but im running into the problem where I need to return the car back to stock before updating the software. I cant drive the car to the garage with the stock tune so.
Will old tunes not written on the new updates still work?

Will the car just not start with the stock tune? Unless your garage is 5 miles away. Why not pull the car into the car then return it to stock?

I figured it out. The Garages are like 4-5 Miles away (lifts and pretty much any tool you need) I dont have a garage at my appartments and its 30s outside.
If anyone needs this
-Return to stock
-Update tuner
-Reload the old tune file
-Reload tune to vehicle and it works hopefully
