There are no pre-existing (canned) tunes on the X3 devices. Tunes will have to be custom made for each vehicle and uploaded into the car via this device. A very simple process. In other words It is recommended to have your car dyno tuned. The vehicle technician can ingest multiple tunes into your SCT device for upload into your car's PCM. You can also have tuning files e-mailed to you from a tuner. You may then ingest the files into the device for upload into the car's PCM.
