Anyone have a contact at SCT? I have been trying to call for days. There is no answer. I emailed and left a phone message with no response. The recording just says they have high call volume and no one ever picks up. I have tried all hours of they day from open to close and stated on hold as much as 40 minutes.

Sounds like they'd rather people call their retailers. Either way, I hope somebody's on vacation or something is wrong with the phones. That sucks.

My car is acting up. I'm trying to Datalog it but my SCT Livewire is not working. Something is wrong with the record button. I swear I have been on hold with SCT for 3 straight days. I am on hold with them right now and it's after 9pm. Today I called and tried sales and they picked up in 1 ring. The guy said he'd rush me through to tech for the trouble and switched me to a voice mail. lol
